Irving and Connie grow vegetables in Rodman and sell them at the Monday, Friday, and Saturday markets. Irving specializes in potatoes and Onions. He also raises pigs to sell fresh pork for the freezer or roasting.

The Drake family have been farming in their land for 100 year. 5 generations of Drake's have farmed this land. What once was a dairy farm is now veggie gardens. There is over 300 acres in which they only garden 3-5 acres. A lot of the land is hay. This is their 2nd season doing farmers markets.

Donna Sells Handmade Bake goods from scratch using local fruits, honey, maple syrup, some are even gluten free. she has some killer fudge that just melts in your mouth:) and also cookies, pies, cupcakes, muffins, and brownies. Brian sells wood fired bread, heirloom vegetables, and pastured chicken eggs. Brian build his own oven and bakes many varieties of delicious bread. You can find Brian at the Monday, Wednesday mobile, and Saturday markets. He also sells at the Thursday market in Clayton. Please call for special orders or to arrange a tour of the bakery.
Brian Doxtater has opened his bakery in Evans Mills to sell bread and pizza from his wood fired oven. Brian also sells farm products from other producers such as chicken, pork, beef, lamb, root vegetables, wreaths, baked goods, and eggs. Several artists also sell their fares in the store. Best By Farr offers U-pick strawberries and raspberries from NOW till October. So come out and pick your berries! You can also find Val's berries and produce at the Friday, Saturday, and mobile markets. To get to Best by Farr: From Watertown, take State Rt. 37 north to Pamelia Four Corners. Just past crossroads, turn right onto Van Tassel Road. Take to end and turn right on Beckwith Road. Farm is on the right about 1 mile. From Evans Mills village: Just past Stewart's turn right on Factory Street. Bear left at first intersection. Farm is 1.5 miles. Open to public 7 days a week, Mon.-Sat. 8am - 8pm; Sundays 11am - 8pm. Gail has a small vegetable farm where he specializes in growing sweet corn, melons, peppers, pumpkins, and chinese cabbage. He also grows red currants and elderberries. Gail has apples, peachs, pears, blueberries, and plums in season that he buys from other farmers in New York. His road side stand is open from July 1 to Oct. 31 at his farm just off Interstate 81 (Exit 44), make a right and follow the signs. You can also find him at Monday, Friday, and Saturday farmers' markets in Watertown.

Almeda grows some of her fruits and vegetables using in a high tunnel, a unique growing method that helps her get plants started early in the season. She has 3 different tunnels; one for raspberries, one for tomatoes, and one for peppers. Almeda grows 12 acres of sweet corn, she raises meat rabbits, and also new this year is selling eggs. Almeda sells her produce at farmers markets, at area restaurants, and also to the South Jeff school district. Please call ahead if you would like to buy directly from the farm.Directions: go east on 177 Adams Center, take the 2nd Left (about 2 miles) on Rt. 155, take 1st left (300'). Look for a white house with green trim.
